Management System Certification Bodies
The Global Bureau Accredited Registrars (GBAR) program for assessing and accrediting GBAR certification/registration bodies is based on relevant guides established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). GBAR monitors activities of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) to ensure international consistency in the application of these internationally established guidelines.
